Visiting and using this website and application implies the unconditional and explicit acceptance of these terms.
- Except for the stated exceptions (third-party copyrights, partners, and entities), all content of the website — including, indicatively but not exclusively, texts, news, graphics, photographs, designs, and provided services — is the intellectual property of the Municipality of Ioannina and is governed by national, European, and international copyright provisions. Consequently, none of this content may be wholly or partly modified, sold, or exploited in any way. An exception is the isolated storage of a single copy of part of the content on a simple personal computer for personal, non-public use, provided that the source is cited and no intellectual property rights are affected in any way. Visitors/users understand and accept that they are not granted the right to modify, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit all or part of the website’s content.
- All informational material contained on the website and in the application is provided “as is” and “as available.” Although every effort is made to keep the information accurate, complete, true, updated, and accessible, the Municipality of Ioannina does not guarantee the accuracy or correctness of such information, which visitors use at their own exclusive responsibility. The Municipality bears no liability, direct or indirect, for any legal, civil, or criminal claims, nor for any (positive, special, or consequential) damage suffered by the user/visitor of this website.
- The Municipality of Ioannina makes every possible effort for the proper operation of the website and the application, although it does not guarantee that server functions will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor free from viruses or similar harmful elements. Therefore, it is not liable for any interruption of the website or application, nor for any form of damage caused to the user due to such interruption.
- The Municipality of Ioannina does not manage third-party websites referenced through hyperlinks or advertising banners and is not responsible for their content.

a) endorsement or acceptance of the content or services of external websites,
b) acceptance of any relationship with the owners of external websites,
c) guarantee regarding personal data protection, availability, quality, completeness, or correctness of information or services on third-party websites, or protection from viruses,
d) liability for any misuse of information contained on external websites.
Therefore, for any problem encountered during the visit/use of external websites, users must contact the relevant websites and their owners directly. The Municipality of Ioannina is not liable for any damage that may arise from the use of links to other websites or information contained on linked pages. - The Municipality of Ioannina reserves the right and sole discretion to:
a) make additions, improvements, or modifications to any information, service, or software provided on the website or application without prior notice;
b) discontinue any service or software, remove or refuse to publish any information or material provided or posted by users at any time without notice, primarily for reasons of functionality, security, or necessity;
c) use suggestions or information submitted by users in any way deemed appropriate within legal use (such as personal data protection). - The Municipality of Ioannina is the sole owner of the information collected through the website and the application.
